Jenks High School’s offense has been utterly unstoppable through the early stages of the season. The Trojans’ attack was on full display in their huge 66-7 victory over Putnam City this past Friday.
Oklahoma’s top-ranked team got off to an outstanding start to the game, putting up six first half touchdowns to lead 45-0 at the break. Cooper Nunley tossed for of these scores, three of which went to Antwan Woods.
Adding on three more scores in the second half, the Trojans finally allowed a Putnam touchdown leading to a 59-point win.
At the moment, Jenks looks infallible, bulldozing over every team in its path. The Trojans currently rank 32nd in the DigitalSports’ National Football Rankings and only have eyes for the top.
Jenks’ next contest is at home against Norman High School. Look to see if the Trojans can maintain their high caliber offense on October 2.
